In 2013, Merrick headed over to Bishop University in Montreal to dive into Arts Management and Graphic Design. After graduation, he embraced the world of art education and spent years curating shows for artists from Europe and North America in various galleries and museums. Merrick also has a knack for adventure, leading outdoor excursions as an expedition leader.

During the pandemic, Merrick and his wife were captivated by the serene coexistence of humans and nature depicted in “Anastasia.” This sparked their dream of owning a cabin in Canada. Merrick’s search for the perfect getaway spot ignited a passion for real estate. He quickly got up to speed with the ins and outs of the industry, from the basics to expert knowledge, all through online courses and seminars.

Not only did Merrick achieve his dream of owning a cabin, but he also became a go-to expert in vacation properties. His cabin’s success caught the eye of the neighbours, who soon asked Merrick to manage their properties as well.
